Juanita Harrell

January 1, 1939 — April 25, 2013

Juanita Harrell, age 74, long-time resident of Coweta, OK, a loving and caring wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt, passed away peacefully Thursday morning, April 25, 2013 at the Clarehouse in Tulsa, OK. Juanita was born on March 27, 1939 in Coweta, OK and was the daughter of Wesley Eugene and Geneva Owetta (Bates) Swarer. Juanita was a 1957 graduate of Coweta High School. Juanita and Earl Glenn Harrell were united in marriage on December 20, 1958. Juanita worked at Wal-Mart in the Fabric Department for 17 years until she retired. She was also a homemaker for most of her life. Juanita was a member of New Home Free Will Baptist Church in Coweta. She enjoyed sewing, cooking and gardening. Juanita is survived by her husband, Earl Glenn Harrell of the home; three sons, Kevin Harrell and wife, Patty, of Coweta, OK, Wesley Harrell and wife, Tammy, of Broken Arrow, OK and Harold Harrell and wife, Lisa, of Coweta, OK; one sister, Carolyn Austin of Coweta, OK; 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Floyd Swarer and Don Swarer and two sisters, Betty Hodges and Modine Owens. Funeral services for Juanita are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday, April 29, 2013 at New Home Free Will Baptist Church in Coweta, OK with Rev. Charley Levi officiating. Burial will follow in Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, OK. Pallbearers are Darryl Swartwood, Ricky Baucom, Delbert Sloan, Duane Sloan, James Harrell and Justin Harrell. Honorary Pallbearers are Zachary Harrell, Joshua Harrell, Jackie Swarer and Jackie Austin. The family of Juanita Harrell entrusted her care & services to Wright-Brown Family Funeral Home, 210 S.
