John Joseph Myers

John Joseph Myers, age 49, resident of Broken Arrow departed this life on Wednesday evening, April 7, 2021.  John was born on June 28, 1971 in Hollywood, Florida and was the son of William K. and Jean E, (Beatty) Myers.  He was a 1989 graduate from Broken Arrow High School. John graduated with his Bachelor of Science in hotel and restaurant management from Oklahoma State University in 1995. John worked in Financial Sales and E-Commerces. John loved going to the gun range with his son. He enjoyed doing watch repair and he was recently helping his son prepare for college. John will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.

John is survived by his son, Ethyn Myers-Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his brother Charles Myers and wife Karin of Temple, Texas; and other relatives, and friends.

John was preceded in death by his parents, William K. Myers in 2006 and Jean E. Myers in 2015.

Viewing will be from 4:00-6:00 PM on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Brown Funeral Home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.  Services celebrating John’s life will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, April 12, 2021 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
