Joe Harold Pillars

March 4, 2014 Joe Harold Pillars of Owasso, 86, entered eternal life on March 2. 2014. He was born on July 28, 1927 to Joseph H Pillars and Minnie Gresham in Duncan, OK. Joe accomplished so much throughout his life. He was the owner of Pillar's Plumbing, a World War II Veteran, and finally got to visit Mt. Rushmore. Joe enjoyed going to church, reading Louis L'Amour, playing dominos and going to lunch with his sons each week. He was a hard worker, had a generous touch and strong moral values. He will be dearly missed by many. Preceded by his wife Shirley, Joe is survived by his loving children: David Pillars (Melissa) of Owasso, Harold Pillars (Lisa) of Tulsa, Mary Sagel (Keith) of Nowata and Richard Pillars (Linda) of Grandlake as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
