Jim Rimer

James H. Rimer was born on December 18, 1945, to Roy and Marie Rimer in Claremore, Oklahoma. As many know, Jim has owned and operated Rimer Plumbing Company in Catoosa for over 40 years. He loved hunting, fishing and gardening. He especially enjoyed having his kids and grandkids tag along on any of these activities. He made the ultimate sacrifice for those he loved. He thought he had another five years of hard work before officially retiring, but his life was suddenly over after a brave battle. No one will be able to fill his shoes. Jim passed away in Tulsa on July 22, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents: Roy and Marie Rimer, brothers: Kennith Rimer and Howard Rimer and sister: Pat Byford. Jim leaves behind to cherish his memory, wife: Carolyn Rimer, sons: James H. Rimer II and wife Christie Rimer, Romulus Diamond and wife Heather Diamond, daughter:
Tiffany Caffey and husband Don Caffey, grandchildren: Grant Rimer and wife Kayla Rimer, Karli Rimer, Faith Caffey, Ava Caffey, Gracie Folger, Faith Folger, Trajan Diamond, and sister: Ila Liner. Jim was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
