March 29, 2012 Jerrie Ann Cook passed away on March 28, 2012 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 72 years, 8 months and 20 days. She was born on July 8, 1939 in Tulsa, OK to Jerry and Arlene (Chambers) Quick. Jerrie was one of the first female machinists in Oklahoma. She paved the way for other women to become machinists. Most recently, Jerrie worked in the hospitality industry managing restaurants, hotels and bars. Jerrie was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lee Cook; father, Jerry T. Quick; and brother, Buddy Quick. She is survived by her children, Terrie L. Giesler and partner Denise Almquist, and Jodie Mitcham and husband Robert; grandchildren, James W. Giesler and wife Kristi, and Ryan Mitcham; great grandchildren, Kaiden Kay Giesler and Logan Mitcham; mother, Arlene Quick; siblings, Patty Elsass and Carol Alix; and numerous other family members and friends. Visitation will be held from 4 PM to 7 PM on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Kennedy-
