Jennifer Kennedy

Jennifer Lynn Kennedy, age 30, of Coweta departed this life on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at her home. She was born on October 16, 1979 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to David Breshears and Lawanna Stacy. Jennifer was a loving and caring mother, daughter, sister, and granddaughter to her family and a great friend to many. She graduated from Coweta High School in 1997 and then attended Connor State College for two years. Jennifer and Joseph Kennedy were married on October 18, 1997 in Coweta, Oklahoma. She worked as a cook and waitress at Waffle House for four years and she worked as a nurses' aid at several different nursing homes for six years. Jennifer was a member of the First Baptist Church in Coweta. Her hobbies included music and playing rock band with her son. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Jennifer is lovingly survived by her son, Kaylob Kennedy of the home; her father, David Breshears of Coweta, Oklahoma; her mother, Lawanna Bentley of North Carolina; her two brothers, Mikey Breshears of Coweta, Oklahoma and Jason Bentley of North Carolina; her paternal grandparents, Bud and Emma Breshears of Coweta, Oklahoma; her maternal grandparents, Leo and Annaline Stacy of Coweta, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other relatives. Funeral services for Jennifer will be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Coweta with Rev. David Jones officiating.
