James Claude "Jimmy" Waldrup

James Claude "Jimmy" Waldrup, age 61, resident of Coweta passed away on Tuesday evening, February 27, 2018 at Cornerstone Hospital in Muskogee, OK. Jimmy was born on May 18, 1956 in Coweta, OK and was the son of Claude Clinton and Willow Marie (Hart) Waldrup. He was a graduate of Coweta High School. Jimmy was a handyman and a hard worker. In his younger years, he enjoyed working in the yard and watching sports and boxing. He always enjoyed his time at home. All that knew him held a special place in their heart for him. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Waldrup, his parents, Claude Clinton and Willow Marie Waldrup and his uncle, Harley Waldrup. Jimmy is survived by his caregiver, Betty Malone and many friends. Viewing will be from 2-7 p.m. on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Wright-Brown Family Funeral Home and graveside services celebrating Jimmy's life will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 2, 2018 at Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, OK with Rev.
