James Allan Avram, age 71, of Coweta, Okla. passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at OSU Medical Center in Tulsa, Okla. James was born on August 20, 1944 in Glendale, Calif. to Louis and Betty (Asay) Avram. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army. There are no services planned for James.
