Holly Dae Gonzalez, age 35, resident of Tulsa, OK, passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023, in Tulsa, OK. She was born on December 25, 1987, in Murfreesboro, TN.
Holly is survived by her husband, Gabriel Gonzalez of Tulsa, OK, and her children, Alex Castellanos, Melody Catellanos, Daniel Gonzalez, and Hector Gonzalez. She also leaves behind her father and stepmother, James and Valerie Gamblin of Cleveland, TN; her stepfather, Henry Sandbak of Sapulpa, OK; her sisters, Judy Nelson and husband Scott of Tulsa, OK, Sherry Robinson and husband Shane of Tulsa, OK, Leslie Farrar of Tulsa, OK, Kay Craig of Cohutta, GA, and Lititia Cross of Cleveland, TN; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Holly was preceded in death by her mother, Flora Sandbak, her grandmother, Iama Mayo; and her cousin, Bridgette.
Holly was a dedicated homemaker, pouring her love and energy into creating a nurturing environment for her family. Her home was always filled with the aroma of her delicious cooking. Holly's interests were as diverse as they were passionate. She enjoyed going to the casino, where she would revel in the thrill of the games. Camping and swimming were activities that allowed her to connect with nature and spend quality time with her loved ones. Holly also enjoyed going to the movies with her family.
Music held a special place in Holly's heart. Above all, Holly loved her family. She was a beacon of love and support, always there to lend a listening ear or a comforting word. Her love for her family was evident in everything she did, from the meals she prepared to the time she spent nurturing and guiding her children.
Services celebrating Holly's life will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, August 25, 2023, at Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Coweta, OK. Pastor Pedro Figueroa will be officiating the service.
