George Gritts

George Gritts, age 66, of Muskogee passed from this life on Monday evening, June 9, 2008 at Eastgate Village Healthcare Center in Muskogee. George was born on March 7, 1942 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Waldo and Elsie (Soap) Gritts. After attending school, George then attended college for two years. He was an artist and he enjoyed doing sculpture work. George was a nurse at Tahlequah City Hospital for two years. He was of the Jehovah Witness faith. He is survived by his sister, Doris Hanson of Coweta, Oklahoma and four nephews. George is preceded in death by his parents.
