August 13, 2011 Frances Anne Rumley, age 75 years, 1 month and 3 days, entered eternal life March 12, 2009 at her home in Tulsa. She was born February 10, 1934 in Oklahoma City to Howard and Dora (Russell) Mullins. Frances graduated from Central High School and attended O.U. and O.C.U. She married Robert Allen Rumley July 18, 1953. Frances moved from Oklahoma City to Ada in 1972. A lover and collector of antiques, she opened Gargoyle Antiques there in 1974. She moved to Tulsa in 1993 and entered the interior design and antique business with her daughter Lea. She had a true passion for home and garden and enjoyed reading and watching CNN. Frances was preceded in death by her son Greg Rumley and infant son Mark Rumley; and sister Avon Willingham. She is survived by her loving husband Bob of the home; daughter Lea Sutton and son-in-law Dick Brocksmith;
son Matt Rumley and daughter-in-law Lei, all of Tulsa; grandchildren: Corbin Sutton of Long Island, NY, Phillip Sutton and Alex Rumley, both of Tulsa.
