Eva Bolin-Holland

Eva Helen Bolin-Holland, age 81, of Coweta departed this life on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at her residence in Coweta. Eva was born on June 9, 1927 in Ozark, Arkansas to Henry and Iva (Riggs) Wilbourn. She attended school in Ozark, Arkansas until the 8th grade. Eva and John Amos Bolin were united in marriage on February 28, 1947 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Then in 2005, she moved to Coweta, Oklahoma from California. Eva was a homemaker for most of her life. She was of the Church of Christ faith. Eva enjoyed dancing, plants, and she loved animals. She will be dearly missed by those who knew her. Left behind to cherish her memories are her five sons, Joe Bolin of Dickenson, North Dakota, Charles Bolin of Springtown, Texas, Bill Bolin of Springtown, Texas, David Bolin of Springtown, Texas, and Jimmy Bolin of Olathe, Kansas; her five daughters, Harriette McCollough of Coweta, Oklahoma, Gayle Boyd of Porter, Oklahoma, Patricia McKinney of Springtown, Texas, Barbara Hopper of Palm Springs, California, and Teresa Shea of Grapevine, Texas; her brother, Bill Wilbourn of Virginia; her sister, Jean Jones of Stilwell, Oklahoma; 24 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one son, John Paul Bolin, one brother, and one grandson, Johnny Bolin. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 15, 2008 at Wright Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Jones officiating.
