Emma Williams

Emma Ruth Williams, age 70, of Broken Arrow, OK passed from this life on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at Southcrest Hospital in Tulsa, OK. She was born on September 30, 1938 in Coweta, OK to Carl and Ruth (Smith) Sanders. Emma received her education in the Coweta school system and graduated from Coweta High School in 1955. She and Ron Williams were united in marriage in August 2003 in Arkansas. He preceded her in death. Emma worked as a hairdresser for Woodland View Hair and Nails for ten years. She was a member of the Church on the Move. Emma enjoyed being with her family. Emma was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Emma is lovingly survived by her two daughters, Donna Watson of Broken Arrow, OK and Dana Aubertine of Claremore, OK; and her five grandchildren, Summer Blades, Randi Aubertine, Chris Aubertine, Eric Watson, and David Watson. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 21, 2009 at Wright Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Story officiating. Interment will follow at Vernon Cemetery.
