Edgar Dishman

Edgar Eugene Dishman of Coweta, age 58, passed away Monday, November 19, 2012 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. Edgar was born on June 11, 1954 in Cushing, OK and was the son of Frank and Audrey (Back) Dishman. He graduated from Union High School and then served in the United States Army. Edgar and Patrice Beck were united in marriage on September 13, 1985 in Ft. Smith, AR. Edgar worked as a salesman at Weldon Parts for 11 years. His hobbies included antique cars, swap meets and being with his family. Edgar is lovingly survived by his wife, Patrice of the home; his two sons, Eddie Dishman, Jr. and his wife, Breanna of Tulsa, OK and Jonathon Dishman and his wife, Kayla of Tulsa, OK; three daughters, Stephanie Fuller and her husband, Bryan of Jenks, OK, Stacy Shields of Tulsa, OK, and Cassie Nodine of Broken Arrow OK; his sister, Connie Nishimuta of Cushing, OK; two brothers, Jim Dishman of Braggs, OK and Bill Dishman of Coweta, OK; twelve grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service for Edgar will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 23, 2012 at Bower Cemetery in Eufaula, OK with Rev. Justin Monks officiating.
