Daryl Kevin Kerr

Daryl Kevin Kerr, age 59, resident of Coweta went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital in Muskogee, OK. Daryl was born on January 27, 1959 to Loyd Leon and Betty Ann (Fector) Kerr in Kansas City, MO. He was a graduate of Northeast High School in Kansas City, MO. Daryl married the love of his life, Debbie Fay Kerr on April 5, 1980 in Coweta, OK. He worked at Chandler Materials in Tulsa, OK as a maintenance supervisor for 35 years until he retired in 2014. Daryl enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, traveling, camping and spending time with his family. Daryl is survived by his wife, Debbie Kerr of the home in Coweta, OK; 1 son, Justin Kerr of Coweta, OK; 1 granddaughter, Corina Cole of Bixby, OK; 1 grandson, Brandon Kerr of Bixby, OK; 1 great granddaughter, Izabella Cartlidge; 2 sisters, Pam Harrington and husband, Dave of Independence, MO and Verna Howell of Gardner, KS; 2 brothers, Loyd Leon Kerr, II and wife, Myra of Raytown, MO and Barry Gribble of Indiana; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Daryl was preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters and 1 brother. Viewing will be from 12-8 PM on Friday, May 18, 2018 at Wright-Brown Family Funeral Home. A graveside service celebrating Daryl's life will be at 2 PM on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, OK with Pastor Larry Duncan officiating. Pallbearers are Randy Baker, Leon Kerr, II, Keith Howell, Chris Holmes, Matt Holmes and Hank Wiley. Wyatt Holmes will be an Honorary Pallbearer.
