Danny Allison

Danny Allison of Coweta, age 61, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at his home in Coweta, OK. Danny was born on May 24, 1951 in Muskogee, OK and was the son of Custer Danny and Fannie (Pell) Allison. Danny received his education in Coweta Schools. Danny and Shirley Ann Meeks were united in marriage on February 27, 1970. Danny worked as an auto mechanic and a maintenance man. Danny enjoyed watching action and comedy movies, older guitars, fishing, camping, swimming and water skiing. Danny is survived by his wife, Shirley Ann Allison of the home; his mother, Fannie Allison of Coweta; his daughter, Lucinda "Cinna" Fenton of Tulsa; his son, Daniel Allison of Tulsa; three sisters, Joy Carver of Coweta, Margie Christmas of Coweta and Judy Allison of Coweta; two brothers, Roger Allison of Coweta and Gary Allison of Harrison, AR; four grandchildren, Vincent Allison, Brandon Fenton, Brittany Fenton and Nicholas Allison; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. Danny was preceded in death by his father and two brothers. A graveside service for Danny is scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday, August 6, 2012 at Three Rivers Cemetery in Okay, OK with Pastor Allen McBroom officiating.
