Coweta

Craig Douglas Lormer, 62, resident of Coweta, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Craig was born in Bakersfield, California on November 29, 1960. He was a graduate of Warner High School. He moved to Texas where he and his wife Diana raised their family. He was a diesel mechanic by trade. After he retired, he moved to Coweta to be near family and friends. Craig loved to watch sports of any kind, but he especially enjoyed watching football. He could also run a pool table while jamming out to a jukebox. He was a grandfather to Luke Lormer, who was his pride and joy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joy Ann Gage, Brooks Gage, Richard Lormer Sr, and his brother, Robert Lormer.

His survivors include the love of his life, his wife Diana; his two daughters, Ashley Lormer of Ft. Worth, Texas and Alexis Lormer and her son, Luke Lormer of Coweta, Oklahoma; two brothers, Richard Lormer and wife Deena and Michael Lormer and wife Teresa, all of Coweta; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A private family memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023, to celebrate Craig's life.
