Cleta Robertson

Cleta Marie Robertson, age 48, of Coweta departed this life on Monday morning, September 30, 2008 at her residence with her loving family members at her bedside. She was born on July 23, 1960 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Virgle and Lucille (Satterwhite) Acord. Cleta worked at Century Geophysical for two years and she also worked at Lawrence Electronics for 15 years. She attended school in Oolagah until the 11th grade. Cleta and Jimmy E. Robertson were united in marriage on February 14, 1982 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. In 1986, she and Jimmy moved to Coweta from Broken Arrow. She was a member of Shahan Free Will Baptist Church in Coweta. Cleta's hobbies included cooking, fishing, and riding motorcycles. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew her. She is survived by her husband Jimmy, of the home; her two sons, Cody Robertson and Casey Robertson, both of the home; her parents, Virgle and Lucille Acord of Oolagah, Oklahoma; and her sister, Brenda Loyd and her husband, Gary, of Talala, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 3, 2008 at Shahan Free Will Baptist Church in Coweta with Rev. Lynn Moss officiating. Committal prayers and burial will follow at Shahan Cemetery. Arrangements and services are under the direction of Wright Funeral Home.
