Christy Johnson Stevens

August 22, 2012 Christy Irene Johnson Stevens passed from this life on August 10, 2012 in Broken Arrow, Ok at the age of 39 years, 2 months and 26 days. She was born on May 15, 1973 in Sapulpa, OK to Marland and Lonnie (Jones) Johnson. Christy was very loved by all that knew her. She worked as a house cleaner for part of her life and then as a dietary clerk at Southcrest hospital. Christy was totally devoted to her family and always put them first. Her husband, Scott and her three sons, Alex, Z.Z. and Zach were her everything. She dedicated her time to Alex's football and weightlifting, Z.Z.'s soccer and Nickel's stellar school work. They could always make her smile and she loved to hug them tight and brag about them to family and friends. If you needed Christy, she was there. She will forever be in our hearts. Christy leaves behind her husband, Scott Stevens; 3 sons, Alex, Zachary and Nicholas; mother, Lonnie Johnson; brothers, Mike Cline and Jay Johnson; sister, Elaine Gillespie; and numerous other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Marland Johnson; and her infant son, Joshua Allen Stevens. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at the New Home Free Will Baptist Church in Coweta, OK with Interment to follow at Park Grove Cemetery in Broken Arrow, OK. www.kennedycares.com
