Charmaine Hipp

Charmaine Leona Hipp(77) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday. Charmaine, was born March 3rd, 1939 in Schulter, Oklahoma, to Cissie Monahwee. She spent her career working in the nursing field at Deconess Hospital as well as an Activities Director for Manor Care Senior Care.
She attended services at Western Oaks Christian in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she was a long time church and chior member. She spent her later years caring for the homeless donating and volunteering and local shelters. She was a dedicated member and sponsor for Al-anon.
Charmaine is preceded in death by her mother Cissie Monahwee, her sons Thomas Scott and Kevin Knight, her brother Steven "Chuck" Knight. She is survived by her brother Solomon Monahwee Frye, her daughters Deborah McCook and Leona Knight, grand children David Bilbrey and Kogee Dozier, great grandchildren Amerus Knight-Smith, Malachi Bilberry, Damon Dozier Jr., Zaire Dozier, Gabirel Bilbrey, and numerous nieces and nephews.
