August 13, 2011 Charissa Ann Smithwick of Broken Arrow, 44, entered eternal life February 4, 2010 in Tulsa. She was born May 3, 1965 in Broken Arrow to Donnis James and Carol Ann (Harris) Fann. Charissa helped many people during her career as a Respiratory Therapist. She married Gary Smithwick November 9, 2007 in Tulsa. Together they enjoyed travelling to the beaches of Mexico or Florida. Charissa had a deep appreciation for family; she loved life and was open to anything, including amusement park rides. She is survived by her loving husband Gary Smithwick; sons: Braden Cary and Chase Ellis; parents: Don J. and Carol Fann; brother Don D. Fann; nephew Jason Fann; niece Stephanie Fann.
