Carol Ann Simmons

Carol Ann Simmons, age 79, resident of Salina, Oklahoma entered into Heaven’s Gates on Thursday afternoon, October 20, 2022 at the Clarehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Carol was born on March 9, 1943 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Arthur William Cummisky, III and Imogene (Palmer) Cummisky.  She was a beautician from 1965 until she retired in 1998.  She enjoyed playing the piano, painting, watching NASCAR, and she loved OU football.

Carol is survived by her sons, Glen Simmons and wife Sheri of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Larry Simmons of Tulsa, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Aaron Simmons, Narina, Devin Simmons, Christopher Simmons, and Scottie Simmons; five great grandchildren; her brother, Arthur Cummisky and wife Shirley of Bixby, Oklahoma; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur William Cummisky, III and Imogene Cummisky and her brothers, Wayne Ping, Rodney Cummisky, and David Cummisky.
