Bobbie Jane Staggs, age 79, of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, departed this life on Saturday, December 21, 2024. She was Born on November 9, 1945, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, to the late Dorothy Mable (Green) and Everett Rueben Smith. Bobbie was the youngest of her cherished siblings Danny, David, Laiel, Johnny, and Teddy, who have all preceded her in passing.
Bobbie dedicated her life to her family and maintained an impeccably clean and organized home. She was the beloved wife to Willard “Billy” Anthony Staggs who proceeded her in death in 2010, and a mother to her adored children, Darin Grove, Jason Kyle Grove and wife Melissa, and Alice Ali Hazelwood and husband Robert, in addition to her two stepchildren Mickey Staggs and Catinna Staggs. Bobbie's love and legacy continue to thrive through her cherished grandchildren Keegan, Alleigh, Keelia, Justice, Austin, and Konnor, as well as her treasured great-grandchildren, Kylan and Kaizlyn. Her niece, Sherri Tally, will also hold Bobbie's memory close to her heart.
Bobbie's unwavering integrity touched all aspects of her life, from friendships to devotion and faith. She found fellowship and purpose within the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, where she passionately embraced her role in the door-to-door ministry.
Equally memorable was Bobbie's flair for home décor, with her tasteful and imaginative style always transforming her living space into a warm and inviting environment for all who entered. In her moments of leisure, Bobbie could often be found with a hand of Phase 10 cards, while adding a dry sense of humor to the friendly competition.
Bobbie's ability to see the details in the world around her truly set her apart. Those who knew and loved her will remember Bobbie for her steadfast devotion to her family and faith. Bobbie Jane Staggs lived a life marked by service, leaving behind a multitude of memories to be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
