Billy Fields

Billy Wayne Fields, age 67, of Coweta passed from this life on Saturday, May 16, 2009 at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa. He was born on June 22, 1941 in Bakersfield, CA to Billie and Hazel Elizabeth (Pennington) Fields. Billy was a loving son, brother, grandfather, and great grandfather to his family. He attended school in the Coweta school system. Billy worked as a carpenter in construction for 15 years. His hobbies included hunting and fishing. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and two sisters. Billy is lovingly survived by three sons, Craig Wilson of Haskell, OK, Cotton Fields and his wife, Brenda, of Haskell, OK, and Billy Crimmons and his wife, Susan, of Broken Arrow, OK; two daughters, Lanie Wilson of Locust Grove, OK and Donna Brimmer of Lakeland, FL; two brothers, Gary Fields of Coweta, OK and David Fields of Okay, OK; five sisters, Delores Vance of Tulsa, OK, Lee Medlock of Catoosa, OK, JoAnn Hartley of Broken Arrow, OK, Wanda Boston of Hulbert, OK, and Jackie Buck of Coweta, OK; 11 grandchildren; one great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at Vernon Cemetery with Vicki Emerson officiating.
