Billy Eldon Brackett

August 4, 2011 Billy Eldon Brackett of Broken Arrow, 83, passed away July 12, 2011. He was born February 12, 1928 in Tulsa to Eston Pickett and Eunice (Morton) Brackett. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army. He married Patricia Lou (Nightingale) June 5, 1949 in Tulsa and together they created a beautiful family. Bill enjoyed photography, golf, woodwork, stained glass, bird watching, singing and whistling. He was a member of Southside Sertoma, the Lion's Club and Elks Lodge. Bill is survived by his loving wife Pat of the home; children: Debbe Brackett and her husband Michael Genette of Carrolton, TX, Peggy Blackburn and her husband Larry of Jacksonville, FL, Ken Brackett and his wife Isabell of Owasso, and Kirk Brackett and his wife Janice of Hampton, GA; grandchildren:
Cyreise Jackson of Shawnee, Brian Blackburn and his wife Jessica of Jacksonville, FL, Emily Brackett, Derek Sima, both of Owasso, Daniel Brackett and Devin Brackett, both of Hampton, GA; great-grandchildren: Caleb Jackson of Shawnee and Justina Riley of Jacksonville, FL.
