Bennett Edward Busby

Bennett Edward Busby, age 43, of Rockford, MN and Wagoner, OK, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. He was born on June 30, 1970 in Muskogee, OK and was the son of Kenneth Calvin and Carolyn Sue (Luna) Busby. Bennett liked to travel and has been all over the United States, Mexico and Canada. He loved Mountain Dew. He had his own way in clearly expressing himself. To show his affection for you he would brush past you. Bennett was clearly recognized by his yellow hammer. He was loved by all that met him. Bennett is survived by his mother, Carolyn Sue Busby of Rockford, MN and Wagoner, OK; 2 sisters, Kelly Hymes & husband, Mike, of Rockford, MN and Kim Johnson & husband, Jeff, of Broken Bow, OK; 1 brother, Jeffrey Busby & wife, Cindy, of Wagoner, OK; 6 nieces; 2 nephews; and other relatives. Bennett was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Busby and his brother, John Timothy. A memorial service for Bennett will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Broken Bow, OK with Elder Tony Starr officiating.
