Benjamin "Ben" Lee Brinlee

Benjamin Lee Brinlee, age 38, resident of Muskogee (formerly of Coweta) departed this life on Sunday evening, August 15, 2021 at Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Ben was born on February 15, 1983 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was the son Michael Ray and DeAnna Kay (Murray) Yocham.  He was a 2002 graduate of Coweta High School.  Ben was an All-State football player at Coweta High School, Bacone College, and Connors State College.  He married the love of his life, Stephanie Jo Webb on June 30, 2020.  Ben was a job foreman operator at Yocham Trucking for many years.  He enjoyed hunting, football, reptiles, and he especially loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Ben is survived by his wife, Stephanie Brinlee of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his mother, DeAnna Yocham of Haskell, Oklahoma; three children, Blair Brinlee, Jacee Goad, and Boone Goad; his grandparents, Vernon and Karen Yocham of Haskell, Oklahoma and James and Katherine Murray of Coweta, Oklahoma; three brothers, Beau Brinlee and his wife Tasha of Haskell, Oklahoma, Jackey Yocham and his wife Kristan, and Shane Yocham of Coweta, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.

Ben was preceded in death by his father, Mike Yocham.

Visitation will be from 12:00-8:00 PM on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at Brown Funeral Home in Coweta.  Services celebrating Ben’s life will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Coweta Assembly in Coweta, Oklahoma with Pastor Ryan Gray officiating.  Ben will be laid to rest at Haskell Cemetery in Haskell, Oklahoma.

Pallbearers are Beau Brinlee, Dusty Yocham, Gary Goodson, Derrick Olson, Frankie Livingston, Mike Lippmann, and Shawn Gray.  Honorary Pallbearers are Scott Wilson, Casey Groth, Bryant Moorse, and Mike Moore.
