Barbara Nelle Olds

Barbara Nelle Olds of Coweta, OK, daughter of the late Emmett and Nellie (Brown) Magar, was born in Vian, OK on November 13, 1935 and passed away on Friday, August 25, 2017 in Coweta, OK at the age of 81. Before moving to Coweta, OK, Mrs. Olds lived the majority of her life in Merced, California where she was a homemaker and later became a nurse. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She married Gene Boles, he preceded her in death. She later married Guy Olds, he also preceded her in death. Surviving are three daughters, Sally Romans and her husband, Allen of Coweta, OK, Barbara Boles of Atwater, CA and Tina Boles of Atwater, CA; two sons, Howard Boles and his wife, Susie of Atwater, CA and William Thomason and his wife, Tammy of Stroud, OK; 16 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; one brother, Bill Magar of Atwater, CA; and one sister, Betty Roberts and her husband, Jody of Hendersonville, NC. Two brothers, Emmett "Jerry" Magar and Phillip Magar, preceded her in death. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 10 AM at Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, OK with Lenn Romans officiating.
