Barbara Gail Lynch

Barbara Gail Lynch, age 67, resident of Bixby (formerly of Coweta) went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday morning, December 3, 2020 at Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Barbara was born on June 11, 1953 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and was the daughter of Ellis A. and Patricia Fay (Wilson) Creek.

Barbara attended school in Coweta and was a graduate of Coweta High School.  After graduating, she attended Broken Arrow Beauty College.  Barbara was a beautician for many years and a real estate broker.  She married the love of her life, Walter Edward Lynch on February 20, 2005.  Barbara was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Coweta.  She enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking, doing crafts with her grandkids, and she loved family gatherings.  Barbara was a talented and creative artist who shared her work and gifts with all around her.  She was the most selfless person, always loving and supporting her family and friends.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Walter Lynch; two daughters, Andrea Clark and husband Zack of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Katy Randall of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; three step-children, Robin Faltenberger and husband Christian, Albert Lynch, and Jammie Lynch; one sister, Cherry Kuebler of Coweta, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Lily Grisham, Mason Green, Andrew Faltenberger, Kailynn Faltenberger, and Lexi Faltenberger; one great granddaughter, Josie Carter; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis A. and Patricia Fay Creek.

A memorial service celebrating Barbara’s life will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at the First United Methodist Church in Coweta, Oklahoma with Rev. Janelle Roberts officiating.
