Services celebrating the life of Arval Lee Catlett will be at 11 AM on Friday, August 3, 2018 at Brown Family Funeral Home Chapel in Coweta, OK with Pastor Jim Land officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow, OK. Viewing will be from 9 AM - 8 PM on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 and Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Brown Family Funeral Home. Arval Lee Catlett, age 83, resident of Broken Arrow, OK passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the Clarehouse in Tulsa, OK. Arval was born on September 16, 1934 in Bolivar, MO to AlBertie "Bert" "AB" and Lennie Mae (Mahan) Catlett. He married the love of his life, Judith Ann (Blevins) Catlett on July 2, 1959 in Broken Arrow, OK. He owned and operated Arval Catlett Trucking in Broken Arrow since 1959. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting, watching NASCAR and Wheel of Fortune and he was a St. Louis Cardinals Baseball fan. Arval was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Ann Catlett in 2015, his parents, AlBertie "Bert" "AB" and Lennie Mae Catlett, 2 sisters, Jeanette Dorthy Dodson and Burnett Ilene Thornburgh and 1 brother, Wesley "Johnnie" Catlett. Arval is survived by 1 daughter, Tammy Fields and husband, Doug of Broken Arrow, OK; 1 son, Kevin Catlett of Broken Arrow, OK; 2 sisters, May Perry-Bailie of Stillwater, OK and Julie May Bledsaw of Tulsa, OK; 1 brother, George "Frank" Catlett and wife, Vickie of Broken Arrow, OK; 4 grandchildren, Dustin Lee Catlett, Jennifer Elaine McClellan and husband, Brent, Devin Lane Catlett and Dillion Leigh Catlett and wife, Sydney, 2 great grandsons, Max Troyer McClellan and Mason Lee McClellan; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
