Ann Leslie Bryant

Ann Leslie Bryant, age 75, longtime Coweta resident went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, April 19th, 2019 at Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK surrounded by her family. Ann was born on August 16th, 1943 in Tulsa, OK and was the daughter of Dorris Racine Pickard and Eunice Elaine (Willing) Pickard. She was a 1961 graduate from Nathan Hale High School in Tulsa. She received her Associates Degree from Central College in McPherson, KS. After college, she married the love of her life, Bobby Tom Bryant on November 2nd, 1963. She worked for Nelson Electric-OZ Gedney for 20 + years until she retired. She also continued to work at Henson's Restaurant in Coweta and Coweta Public Schools. She attended Coweta Assembly of God where she enjoyed fellowshipping and serving the Lord. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who was a woman of faith and she genuinely loved everyone she met. Ann is survived by her husband of 55 years, Bobby Bryant of Coweta, OK; one daughter, Debra Johnson and husband John of Broken Arrow, OK; one daughter-in-law, Bethany Bryant of Lansing, MI; two grandsons, Clint Bryant and Joe Bryant; one brother, Ray Pickard and wife Mary of Mary Esther, FL; two sisters, Barbara Ball and husband Marvin of Bristow, OK and Linda Cupps and husband Paul of Glenpool, OK; one sister-in-law, Nyokia Ware of Ada, OK; four brother-in-laws, Kenny Bryant and wife Sarah of Talihina, OK, Joseph (Buckshot) Bryant of Talihina, OK, James (Bucky) Bryant and wife Kathy of Antlers, OK, and Ray Bryant of Talihina, OK; two aunts, Kay VanValin of Williamsport, PA and Aline Dorsey of Westminster, CO; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Dorris Racine and Eunice Pickard; one son, Robert Bryant; one sister, Yvonne Duvall; one sister-in-law, Mary Sue Clinton; and one brother-in-law, Bill Bryant. A memorial service celebrating Ann's life will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Coweta Assembly of God in Coweta, OK with Pastor Steve Lee officiating and Matt Ball assisting.
