Alice Jean Louise Church

Alice Jean Louise Church, age 69, resident of Coweta passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at her home in Coweta, Okla. Alice was born on February 12, 1944 in Oakland, Calif. and was the daughter of Albert and Trevill Tennison (McKinnis) Lemmon. She and John Graves Church were united in marriage and he later preceded her in death. Alice worked at Wagoner Community Hospital as a Unit Secretary until she retired. She was a member of the Point of Grace Church of the Nazarene in Coweta. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren. Alice is survived by 2 sons, John Church of Calif. and Larry Church and wife, Angie, of St. Joseph, Mo.; 1 daughter, Pam Church and companion, Lester Ode, of Coweta, Okla.; 7 grandchildren, Haylee Berliew, Mickayla Berliew, Hunter Church, Kyle Church, Andrea Ode, Corey Ode and Kaylee Ode; 2 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Alice was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and 2 brothers. A memorial service for Alice is scheduled for 11:00 am Saturday, November 2, 2013 at the Point of Grace Church of the Nazarene in Coweta, Okla.
